- ALL orders over $25 will ship free. Be sure to check the free shipping box during checkout if the order is $25 or more. Our products usually ship within 48 hours of receiving payment for a purchase and it typically takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery since many of the products ship internationally.

- Copia Cart respects the privacy of your information. All information submitted will be kept 100% confidential including but not limited to phone numbers, billing/shipping addresses, emails. Any and all information on our servers gets encrypted and is multi-layer password protected. The utmost effort is put into keeping your identity protected. Our personnel will NEVER ask you for your password in an phone call or in an e-mail. We suggest that you do not divulge your account information to anyone. Never use your account password for any other site other than Copia Cart to ensure maximum security. Remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you leave the computer. Do not purchase from public wireless WIFI connection unless you have a secure connection.
- Returns & Replacements
- In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged goods or if the wrong items were received, please notify customer service right away so that the matter can be corrected. If you would like to return a product for any other reason please contact customer service for an RMA number within 14 days of receiving it. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. No exceptions! Buyer is responsible for shipping the product back and any shipping charges occured. No returns will be accepted without a preauthorized RMA number. Please do not hesitate to contact customer support in any case, as we would be glad to assist you any way possible.

- Viewing Orders
- If you have signed up for an account with Copia Cart, you can view your order upon signing in to the site. An order confirmation will also be emailed. If you have not received an order confirmation via email or are having trouble logging on to your Copia Cart account, please consult customer services.
- Updating Account Information
- If the information submitted on an order is incorrect, inaccurate, or any typo is discovered upon viewing the order confirmation, please contact customer support right away to resolve the issue. Copia Cart is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information received on order, although we will be more than will help correct issues. Please always review the order confirmation to verify it is correct.
